At D-Tek we have our own in-house tooling department.  Our engineering department will turn your drawings or CAD files into the designs needed by our experienced toolmakers.  They then use our state of the art CNC Milling and EDM Centers to create the inserts, jigs, and fixtures needed to produce your parts to the required dimensions.   Since we specialize in short to medium run stampings (500 to 100,000 pieces) our engineering charges are competitively priced and is lifetime guaranteed so you will never pay resharpening or other maintenance fees.
